Holly began serving Albany County as the District's  Rangeland and Watershed Resource Specialist in June 2022.

Originally from Logan, Utah, Holly moved to Laramie in 2015 to receive her M.S. degree in agricultural economics at UW. After graduating in 2017, Holly worked as the Assistant Director at the WY Office of State Lands & Investments before coming to the conservation district. Holly and her husband, Ben, are first-generation farmers and ranchers who own a small cow-calf and hay operation and  which takes up most of their spare time. But, when they do have a few free moments, Holly loves to explore new places, continue learning as much as she can about ag, and push her own comfort zone – she recently got her scuba diving certification!

Holly is eager to assist both private and public entities with technical assistance and recommendations for best conservation practices in Wyoming!
